Since 1986 we have operated our solar powered "Kite Store on Wheels"
at Cesar E. Chavez Park at the north end of the Berkeley Marina, in Berkeley CA.

Our Regular Chavez Summer Hours:
Thursday & Friday     5:30pm - 7:30pm
Saturday & Sunday    1:30pm - 7:30pm

Directions from Hwy. 80 (GPS users us 1 Spinnaker Way, Berkeley CA 94710)

  • Take the University Ave. Exit in Berkeley.
  • Go West on University Ave. (towards the Bay).
  • As you approach the Marina, follow the signs to the DoubleTree Hotel.
  • Continue past the hotel about half a mile to the "turning circle" at Cesar E. Chavez Park.
  • Look for the our Giant Kite Shop on Wheels, that's us!
